Delivery and Returns

RETURNS

We are very happy to accept items back for a refund within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your goods. Please note, we can only accept items that are in their original packaging, and are in an unused condition. Unfortunately if the item is used, your purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

Please note, our returns are not prepaid, therefore there will be a postage fee.

We strongly recommend that items are returned using a ‘signed for’ courier or mail service with proof of dispatch.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges as our beds are made to order.  

DELIVERY INFORMATION 

All of our beds are hand-made to order. Therefore, our lead time is 7-10 business days from purchase. Please note, this excludes UK bank holidays and weekends. Saturday's and Sunday's are not classed as working days.
We offer Free shipping across all of our beds and sizes.
