Start Return

To start a return,  please head over to our self service portal here

Please note, our returns are not prepaid, therefore there will be a postage fee.

Once you receive an 'approved' email. Please follow the steps below. 

1. Pack the returned item, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your order number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box.
2. Go to your local post office, or another courier to return the package. We recommend using ParcelForce as a courier if you are returning a medium or large bed.
   The Return address is : First Floor, Whitefield Business Centre, Victoria Street, Nelson, Lancs, BB9 7HL.
3. You will receive an email as soon as we have received your item, and when a refund is issued. We strongly recommend that items are returned using a ‘signed for’ courier or mail service with proof of despatch.
