The outer material is Hebden 100% polyester. It is not waterproof, however it is machine washable.

The inner cushion pads and inner cushion, are also machine washable.

To remove the inner cushion pads, there is a hidden zip on the inside base of the bed. Turn the bed inside out to unzip. This will allow you to wash the outer cover and inner pads separately.

In order to keep it looking it's best we advise :

✓ Machine wash at 30 degrees with line dry

✓ Turn the cover inside out when washing

✓ No tumble dry

✓ No optic brightener to be used in washing liquids/formulas

Delivery - Our beds are hand-made to order. Therefore, our lead time is 5-7 business days from purchase.

Returns - We are very happy to accept items back for a refund within 30 calendar days from the day you receive your bed.
Please note we can only accept items that are un-used and in their original packaging.
Unfortunately if the item is used, your purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.
